Stepbuck Technologies Private Limited (“STPL” or “We”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The Stepbuck App (“App”) is owned by STPL.

This policy (together with our terms of useand any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. By downloading, accessing our App from any computer, computer device, mobile, smartphone or any electronic device, using our API’s, products or services (“Services”) you are accepting and consenting to the terms of this policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We will collect and process the following data about you:

• Information you give us.
• Account information – In order to register as a user of the App, you can either create an account on the App or you can sign in using your Facebook login. If you register as a user you will be required to give us information to create an account on our App for the Services, such as your name, email address, password, date of birth, gender, mobile telephone number, payment details (if you choose to subscribe to certain of our Services), height, weight, location, information relating to creation of passwords. If you sign in using Facebook login, you authorize us to access certain information relating to you held by Facebook. You may choose to provide additional information to us about yourself when using our Services. Further, if the App contains a chat feature, you agree that we will have access to the contents of your chat and if you contact customer care, the contents of your communication will be accessible to us.
• Additional information – In order for you to effectively use our App to avail of our Services or its features, you may choose to allow our App to access information relating to you collected by applications such as Google Fit, Apple Health etc which log steps walked, calories burnt, physical activity undertaken etc and user content (such as, Facebook / social media credentials, public profile stored on social media). You may also sync your contacts with our App, in which case, we would not store the contact list and would delete it after it is used for adding your contacts as friends on our App. If you contact us or participate in a survey, contest or promotion, we collect the information you submit such as your name and contact information.
• Information we collect about you. Each time you access our Services we will automatically collect the following information:
• technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information,browser type and version,time zone setting, location,browser plug-in types and versions,operating system and platform,mobile APP;
• information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our App/website (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page.
• Information we receive from other sources. If you permit us to acquire information about you through Google Fit, Apple Health or other similar applications, we may acquire information such as number of steps walked, calories burnt and other health / physical activity related information about you from such applications. Further, we are or may in the future work closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, vendors) and receive information about you from such sources. By using our Services, you agree that the terms set out in this privacy policy are reasonable. This privacy policy describes the type of personal information we may collect from you and what we intend to do with the information. If you choose not to provide the information we request or withdraw the consent you previously provided to collection of your personal information, you can still visit our website, but we may suspend or terminate any Services being provided to you. You fully and completely understand the contents herein and agree to the same. You are acting on your free will and consent to the contents herein.

You must be resident in India in order to download or use the App, avail of our Services.

If you are less than 18 years of age, you must not download or use our App without consent of your parents or legal guardian. If you are less than 18 years of age, we shall be entitled to assume that your parents or legal guardian has read and understood this policy and accepted it at the time you download or use the App. If we become aware that a minor has registered on the App without consent of their parents or legal guardian, we may terminate your registration, delete your account and cease to provide Services to you.

Our App, website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website, App. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our App, website.

• To verify your physical movement and location and issue Stepbucks on the basis of this verified data.

Other than as stated above we will not share your personal data with anyone without your prior consent – if you do not provide consent, your data will not be shared.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you will be transferred toand stored in India by us. Your data will be stored by us until you subscribe for our services and for such period thereafter as we may be required to retain the data in accordance with applicable law.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site or mobile application; any transmission is at your own risk. ACCESS TO INFORMATION

Any personal information that you provide to us will usually be accessible from your profile page, except where such information is provided / acquired by us through your Facebook or other social media credentials.

The App may deliver notifications to your email or mobile device, which may be related to marketing or pertaining to the Services. While you may choose to opt out of receiving marketing related communications, if you choose not to receive notifications regarding the Services or their usage, you may not be able to use certain features of the App or the Services.

You are solely liable and responsible for any information you provide and/ or share with us, including through the App.
